Kate is my 28th high school senior to photograph this season! I can’t believe how many amazing seniors I have photographed over the years and am just so thankful! I have one more boy that I am photographing in a few weeks and then senior season will be over. I’m hoping to offer the cap and gown mini sessions again in the spring so hopefully I will get to see some of these teens again in a few months before they graduate!
I met up with Kate and her mom in Golden along Clear Creek. It was an early morning, so we had the whole place almost completely to ourselves for a while. The leaves were beautiful and at their peak!
Kate is a senior at Lakewood High School. She plays golf and is a black belt in Taekwondo. My youngest daughter is a red belt right now and is hoping to be a black belt in a couple of years, so it was fun to talk to Kate about the process.
Kate reminds me a bit of Amy Adams. Do you see it? She has the most beautiful eyes, and I loved her red hair. Enjoy this preview from our recent session:
