Ella’s dad, Paul, works with my husband, Matt. Matt and Paul have taught together for about 15 years at Dakota Ridge High School in Littleton. We have actually gone camping a couple times with Ella’s family when the girls were small. It was great to see meet with her and her mom, Stacey, for Ella’s senior portraits a couple weeks ago. Ella has grown into a very lovely (and tall) young lady.
Ella plays volleyball for Chatfield Senior High school. She is going to the Air Force Academy next year and hoping to study either biology or become a pilot. She is a smart, sweet, funny teenager and we had a lot of fun exploring Roxborough State park for her photos. We had the whole place practically to ourselves on a Tuesday evening and we saw some deer. The Colorado wildfires blew some smoke in while we were out there, but the red rocks in the background still looked as pretty as ever.
