I am part of a great photography group on Facebook. We are called the Denver Photo Betties and it is full of other women photographers that live in Colorado. We share referrals, location ideas, tax tips, and more. It has been a great spot for me to meet other women in my industry.
One of the women recently had to have ACL surgery on her knee and was going to need help covering some of her photography sessions. I had never met Lisa before, but we have a similar style of photography, and she lives close, so I offered to help cover some of her clients as an associate shooter. I shot the session and sent her all of the RAW images to edit in her style. Now that she has delivered the images to the client, I can share the images that I edited.
I met Max, Jenna, and Weston at a cute venue in Conifer. It is called The Cottage and is owned by another photographer that rents it out for photo sessions. Jenna is due with their second son soon. We had a fun time on a Monday morning at the Cottage. Little Weston was adorable!
