Sloan’s mom, Lori, learned about me and my business from seeing my name inside one of the Ken Caryl Living Magazines that I had done photographs for in the spring and summer. Sloan and his family moved to Colorado last summer from Texas. I had to move between my sophomore and junior year of high school, and it is a very tough transition moving states and high schools as a teen. Sloan has gotten plugged into his new school, but I could definitely relate to his feelings of trying to fit in and make new friends.
Sloan is a senior at Chatfield Senior High School. He is an avid mountain biker and skier. Sloan is a very smart young man. He is thinking about going into finance when he goes to college next year. I wish him all the best!
