It was great to meet Auburne and her family recently for both high school senior and family photos. We met on a breezy evening over the Labor Day weekend at South Valley Park in the Ken Caryl Valley. Thankfully, the wind slowed down after a little while and I loved the images we captured. South Valley has a lot to offer between the red rock formations, grassy fields, sunflowers, and a water reservoir. It was a very busy evening with other photographers as well as hikers and bikers, but we were able to work around the crowds.
Auburne is a senior at the STEM school in Highlands Ranch, CO. She is very involved at school—she is class president, plays on the volleyball team, skis, hikes, and loves to read. She is hoping to study biology next year in college.
Auburne’s mom, Laura, added on family photos to the photo session so I was able to meet Andrew, Laura, and Camden as well. They are a fun, easy-going family who were a pleasure to meet and photograph.
