Theo is a high school senior at Dakota Ridge High School. His dad, Burke, found me online and hired me to take his son’s senior photos on a beautiful Monday evening. Since Burke’s home backs up to Harriman Lake park in Lakewood, we met there for Theo’s senior photo session.
Theo wasn’t super excited about photos at first, but after a few minutes he warmed up and by the end I think he was actually somewhat enjoying himself. Like most teenagers, Theo isn’t 100% sure what he wants to do after graduation next spring. I’m sure he will figure it out, though. I love that there are so many options for teens now—-college, trade school, a gap year, community college, work, etc.
I really enjoy shooting at Harriman Lake and hope to do more family and senior photo sessions there. It is going to be so pretty in the fall with all of the big cottonwood trees!
