It was so great to meet Steve, Margo, Charlotte, and Jake recently for family photos. They live near Chatfield State Park and love to go on family bike rides there so Margo asked if we could meet there. My own family goes there a lot to paddleboard, but I haven’t done a photo session in the park yet. I went out there one morning to scout out a good spot for family photos. I found a great spot that has big trees along the lake. There is a mini beach so it gives a very different feel than other locations in Colorado.
The morning we met was cloudy so it wasn’t very crowded in the park either. I loved so many of the images we got and I love that I have a new spot to offer clients! I think that the big cottonwood trees will look gorgeous next month as the leaves start to turn for fall.
