I met Jordan and Sydney when they were about 2 years old. Their mom, Leslie, and I attended MOPS together for many years. I have seen the twins here and there over the years because Jordan takes piano lessons with the same instructor that my daughter uses. It has been such a pleasure watching them grow into such beautiful, kind, fun, smart young women.
We met at Writer’s Vista park on a warm, cloudy Friday evening. The girls did great and I loved trying to capture each of their different personalities. Then, we drove over to Fly’N B park in Highlands Ranch just before sunset. We were nearly eaten alive by the mosquitoes, but still managed to get a lot of great images there.
Sydney is an artist so I love that she brought her easel and a painting for some photos. Jordan plays clarinet and piano. She brought her clarinet, but we weren’t able to incorporate her piano playing, unfortunately.
I wish them both all the best as they embark on their final year of high school. Jordan will graduate in 2022 from D’Evelyn and hopes to go to the Air Force Academy next year. Sydney will graduate in May from Columbine High School in Littleton and hopes to study nursing and art in college. I have no doubt that their goals will come to fruition!
