I had the honor of photographing Travis and Ashley’s wedding a couple weeks ago at Christie’s of Genesee. For an April wedding in Colorado we had the most gorgeous weather (70 and sunny).
My second shooter and I met Travis and Ashley at a hotel near the venue to get shots of each of them getting ready. Then we drove over to Genesee Park for their first look and formal bridal party photos. Their ceremony was held at Christie’s of Genesee. They were surrounded by so many loved ones and it was a beautiful day. The day of their wedding was also Travis’s mom’s birthday, but unfortunately, she had passed away from cancer a few months prior to their wedding. It was such a bittersweet day for them.
Just before sunset, we snuck away to the bridge across from the venue and took photos of Ashley and Travis at sunset with the beautiful mountain range behind them.
